With over 25 years of a successful real estate sales and management career, Yvonne has experience in all aspects of the real estate business to help facilitate a smooth transaction for her buyers and sellers.
Yvonne began her real estate career in a coastal community on the North Shore of Boston. She specialized in high end properties, vacation homes and investment properties along with 1031 tax deferred exchanges to help her buyers and sellers in all aspects of their real estate needs.
She moved to Old Naples in 2003 and joined John R Wood Properties where she lists and sells high end homes and condominiums in golf and tennis communities and waterfront properties. She understands the process of relocating to the area and can help guide her buyers through the process.
Yvonne recently received her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. This course helps real estate professionals develop the skills and resources for specializing in the 50+ market by expanding knowledge of how life stages impact real estate choices.
Five Star Professional selected Yvonne Wood as a 2019 Five Star Real Estate Agent. Yvonne is among an elite group of professionals honored with the Five Star award in the Southwest Florida area.
